By accessing or using the Passit Club platform, including the mobile app, web portals, and any related services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
1. What Passit Club Provides
Passit Club is a Caribbean exam preparation platform designed to help students prepare for the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) examination. We provide practice questions, worked solutions, writing feedback through the Passit Club Writing Coach, and progress tracking for parents.
Passit Club aligns strictly with the published SEA syllabus. We do not guarantee specific examination results. Success depends on the student's consistent practice and engagement with the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on Passit Club, including practice questions, worked solutions, model answers, the Passit Club Writing Coach feedback logic, and all platform design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Passit Club and its licensed contributors.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access content for your child's private study. You may not:
- Copy, distribute or reproduce questions or answers for commercial use
- Scrape, extract or systematically download platform content
- Share downloaded content with other students or institutions without permission
Questions contributed by teachers remain the intellectual property of Passit Club once accepted and published on the platform.
3. Accounts and Access
Each subscription covers one student account. Sharing login credentials with other students or families is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension without a refund.
Parent accounts are for parents and guardians only. Child accounts are created by parents through the Parent Portal and are linked to the parent account. Children under 13 require parental consent to use the platform.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are paid by direct bank transfer. Upload a screenshot of your transfer receipt and your subscription is verified and activated within 30 minutes. Passit Club does not store your banking details.
- Free Tier: One practice paper per subject, available permanently at no cost. No payment required to access the free tier.
